The house was large enough for all. We did not feel like we were on top of each other. We appreciated the use of the sand stuff, and wagon. It was super helpful.

The pool furniture was definitely worn, but I realize it is outside so hard to control. I was constantly picking up some of the chairs, so no one stepped on them and got hurt. I was disappointed that the dishwasher was inoperable. The owner did try to repair it. I thought she was sending someone to look at it, and no one ever came. The description of the private access (the walk) was maybe a bit misleading, but it wasn't horrible. The fact there were no bathrooms is maybe a factor - people may just head to the public beach if they have young ones. The walk back is too far. When we arrived the floors felt dirty still - again hard with sand.
