Preis Leistung ist top. Einchecken am Automaten kein Problem und sehr einfach. Uns fehlte bei Anreise das warme Wasser. Fehler wurde nach unserer SMS innerhalb von 10 min behoben. So sieht guter Service aus. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Es gab nix zu meckern. Nur bei Booking ist der Name falsch. Das H otel heißt Cocoon

On a aimé la facilité d’accès, la proximité du tram
Appartement prévu pour 3 personnes mais il n’y avait que 2 chaises, 2 cuillères. Il est situé en bord de route et c’est bruyant jusqu’à minuit. Le frigo ne refroidissait pas.

Emplacement idéal pour nos besoins. Chambre confortable. Boissons chaudes et bouilloire à disposition.
Pas de climatisation mais un ventilateur mis à disposition. Étagères de l'armoire sous clé ce qui ne facilite pas le rangement des vêtements pour un séjour de 3 nuits. Douche ne fonctionne pas correctement et écoulement d'eau très lent. Lumière automatique dans l'entrée de la chambre qui s'allumait à chaque mouvement. Pour les 2 derniers points, gérant de l’hôtel prévenu par le personnel.
