Apartamento muy bien ubicado al lado de la playa. Hemos estado tres personas y la estancia ha sido muy cómoda.
Las camas eran cómodas y el baño bastante amplio. El apartamento estaba bien equipado, especialmente para ir a la playa con niños, algo que se agradece mucho sobre todo si viajas con niños.
Además, la zona es tranquila y apenas había ruidos, por lo que hemos podido descansar muy bien.
En general hemos estado muy a gusto y lo recomendamos sin duda.

Das Apartment ist gemütlich, modern und außergewöhnlich sauber. Die Ausstattung ist sehr durchdacht – es hat an fast nichts gefehlt. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, gleichzeitig ist der Strand praktisch um die Ecke. Besonders praktisch: Strandzubehör wie Liegen/Strandstühle und Sonnenschirm ist vorhanden, und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie viele Restaurants und Bars sind fußläufig erreichbar.
Das Apartment eignet sich aus unserer Sicht ideal für bis zu 3 Personen (z. B. Eltern mit einem Kind). Ein echtes Plus ist die Waschmaschine, die den Aufenthalt gerade am Meer sehr unkompliziert macht. Der Check-in ist dank Schlüsselkastensystem einfach und flexibel.
Außerdem ist Valencia gut mit dem Bus erreichbar – perfekt für einen Tagesausflug. Als nette Geste wurden wir sogar mit einer Flasche Wein begrüßt.
Kleiner Hinweis: Ein Geschirrspüler würde den Komfort noch weiter erhöhen – ansonsten absolut empfehlenswert.

Todo perfecto! A 2 min andando de la playa, a 5 minutos del supermercado. Super céntrico, con un montón de bares y restaurantes cerca.
El apartamento limpio, confortable, no le falta ningún detalle.
Tuvimos el placer de conocer a los dueños y son encantadores. Nos facilitaron tanto el check-in como el check-out y eso es de agradecer.

Aire acondicionado averiado, tenía pingüino muy ruidoso. Cama incómoda. Cisterna perdía. Olor a tubería.
