Nadine, the manageress, was most helpful and friendly. The value for money was excellent! The location was convenient for local transportation which I'd recommend for visiting Bordeaux, and it was also good for a car for those excursions one would probably want to make, but it's probably worth to reserve parking.
The double bed was too small for my liking, but a bigger double bed would've taken too much space away.

Exceptionnel.
