Заселение было быстрым, помогли поднять чемоданы! Расположение отличное, до моря 5 минут пешком, а напротив отеля есть магазин, где есть всё что нужно. По вечерам пили чай и кофе на балконе. В номере отличные, новые кондиционер и сантехника, так что пребывание было комфортным.

Я думаю следует улучшить завтраки и чаще убирать номера.

У отеля хорошее месторасположение - недалеко от трассы до Батуми, недалеко от моря, недалеко от Парка Музыкантов, а напротив - круглосуточный магазин, аптека, фрукты. Что касается плюсов, то можно отметить персонал - на все наши просьбы они находили положительные ответы. И в целом отель не такой старенький, какие есть рядом. Но и не такой новенький :)

Не понравилось то, что в комнате не убирались вообще за 5 дней - даже не заходили в комнату:) Полотенца не менялись, туалетную бумагу попросили 1 раз, потом сами докупали, мусор сами выносили и все такое :) Не понравилось, что работников ресепшен мы как будто отрывали от важных дел, когда что-то было нужно :) Не понравилось, что на завтраке однажды подали заплесневелый хлеб, а повар себя чувствовал плохо из-за того, что кушать там особо нечего :) И, конечно, не понравилось, что в отеле нет зоны отдыха - на улице нет скамеек, негде посидеть. Два стула вечно заняты и там всегда чей-то мусор.

Nice location right in the center of Shekvetili, very close to the supermarket, and easy walking distance from the beach. The room is quite nice, the bed comfy, towels and bedsheets fresh and new. The staff is doing their best. Overall a very good choice.

The place is understaffed, so not everything works smoothly. The bathroom is rather basic, and not 100% clean. The impression is that the place could be much better if managed in a better way.

The staff was very nice and the breakfasts were tasty. The rooms were very clean. We had a sea view from the balcony. There is a grocery store in the vicinity. Very nice and professional lady at the reception, ladies who cleaned the rooms, and restaurant service. A young team, with no language barrier (they all speak fluent English)

In the bathroom, especially in the evening, there was an unbearable smell of sewage, which, despite the assurances of the service, was not repaired (we stayed there for 5 nights). The inconvenience made it difficult to sleep (we had to close the bathroom door and turn on the fan for the whole night). During the stay, due to some failure (probably the air conditioning) at night around 12, after a quick knock (without waiting for our response), the service entered the room and started changing something on the screen of the air conditioning system. The situation worried me (I was suddenly woken up, no one really explained what was going on). The downside is also, in my opinion, late breakfast - from 10.
