**** 'Crescent Beach Club will be under construction for 2 years starting in Sept. 2025 for the required restoration after the 40 year inspection on the property. Balcony restoration will begin in the south building and work north beach side, gradually closing one stack at a time only moving on once fully complete. Guest will not have access to the balcony and view will completely blocked during this time. Parking is also limited due the equipment required to complete the work. There is not a specific timeline for each building as work can be affected by weather and other unseen circumstances. Please reach out to confirm amenity availability before booking as they will not be open during parts of the restoration.'

Additionally, it sports a cozy living area with inviting and comfortable furniture, a smart TV, a separate and fully appointed kitchen with major appliances (including a Keurig and regular coffee maker), a work station (complete with a computer monitor), and an elegant dining area.

Reservations are set for 2-week minimum periods throughout the year.

Great location, easy access to the beach in the pool area. Excellent security access to the property plenty of covered parking and plenty of carts to bring your stuff to your condo, the elevators were fast and always working never had to wait too long to get one to your floor condo was very spacious and clean. The only thing we did not care for was in the master bathroom. The lights were on a timer and also the thermostat was on a setting time, which was irritating at times Constantly having to change the temperature at certain times. But overall great condo would stay there again definitely

The condo was beautiful. Views and location was amazing. Had anything you could want as far as cooking if you wanted to eat in. Everything for the beach. Chairs, towels, flotation devices, you name it. You just need to show up and have clothes, they pretty much had everything else there. Couldn’t have been a better experience.

This condo had a fabulous beach view! My husband and I loved sitting out on the lanai every morning having our coffee and breakfast and every evening watching the sunset, it was just so breathtaking and peaceful! The condo itself was decorated beautifully and had all the amenities and utensils you could ask for! The aderondike chairs on the lanai were a bit uncomfortable and could use some cushions and the glass panels could have been cleaned upon our arrival, my husband had to clean them himself. Some of the bath linens were stained and there could be more of them as well as more kitchen linens, there was only one kitchen towel! The rug on the living room could be replaced as it is getting worn and faded. Other than those few, minor things the place is quite lovely! The staff is very friendly and we met some very nice guests while we were there. We would stay there again!
