DETAILS: Seasons in the Sun has everything you’re looking for in a newly-built luxury beach home! This gorgeous 5-bedroom, 6-bathroom Seagrove Beach cottage sleeps 12, has a private pool, includes a 6-passenger Low-Speed Vehicle, and is a short walk to the beach!
Thoughtful design touches help make Seasons in the Sun truly special. Guests will love the comfortable open living, dining, and kitchen space on the first floor that overlooks a backyard deck and pool. Hardwood floors, white shiplap walls, luxurious finishes, and accessories inspired by the beach create a space guests will enjoy. Premium appliances, marble countertops, and an island that seats 4 create a kitchen with plenty of space to prepare meals. A butler’s pantry hides a stackable washer/dryer and provides additional counter space. A dining table seats 6 and divides the kitchen from the living area. 2 linen sofas and an oversized armchair with a footrest surround a 75” Smart TV, and enjoy views of the deck through sliding glass doors that open to the pool area. A mudroom off the living area provides access to the backyard and has hooks for towels, shelves for beach bags and toys, quick access to a bathroom with a shower, and a beverage fridge. In the heat of the summer, guests will appreciate the wood decking that surrounds the pool. An outdoor dining table, cushioned chaise lounge chairs, and a gas grill surround the pool. Beautiful house, located close to many attractions. Bedrooms and each bathroom was so roomy. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and relaxing around the pool. Would highly recommend it and we may be back!

Honestly? Very Beautiful and perfectly sized house but with unlucky and almost comical slew of initial issues (unfamiliarity with what turned out to be pool alarm and inability to turn off, nearly flat tire and no lights on first golf cart, construction right next door-think early noise everyday but Sunday, awkwardness lying by pool, waking to find sincerely very considerate workers had carefully wrapped cars to protect them from construction paint but still no update on golf cart tire flat and construction flatbed pulled up and blocked driveway, malfunctioning gas stove that prompted temporary evacuation, very low air on bikes ( we eventually found air pump at golf cart place),some missing/broken fins on paddle boards, second golf cart had no lights but crew responded pretty quickly, learning closest beach access requires wading waist deep across lake thru chilly water on a chilly day….. all that said, management was overall prompt and very pleasant - especially with stove (very fast response with relatively quick fix by knowledgeable staff). And we quickly grew to appreciate the lake access bc it provided respite from ocean too rough to use paddle boards. Fire pit big hit- perfect for relaxing at night with smores. Coffee and other shops walking distance, great seating areas in house, reasonably priced for the size (surprised only one dishwasher pod and tiny micro-bottle of dish soap, only 2 very flimsygarbage bags given price). Would definitely return and recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Seagrove. The location to the beach as well as stores was great and just a bike ride or golf cart drive away. The pool was nice for a refreshing dip in the water without having to go to the beach every day. Only minor downfall was the storms that came in right before we got there Flooded part of the backyard and made it unusable, but the water was going down each day.

Biggest complaint was the Wi-Fi. Only tv in the family room and master bedroom worked. The golf cart parking at the beach access was crowded and not able to park most of the time.
