Summer Guests- This home has air conditioning which is very rare in Estes Park!!
Riverside Lodge is perfectly situated with prime upstream and downstream views of the Big Thompson River. Top it all off with the backdrop of Prospect Mountain and you have the perfect Rocky Mountain retreat.
From Riverside Lodge it is just a short walk into the Town of Estes Park and an easy 1.5 mile drive to the Beaver Meadows entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park.
The main level great room has a gas fireplace to gather at with river and mountain views all around...no artwork needed on these walls! This is simply the ideal family gathering place with its adjoining fully equipped kitchen and dining room area. Gaze out to take in the perfectly clear Colorado sky, river and mountain views!!
From the great room you can step out to a fantastic deck to enjoy excellent mountain views along with the sights and sounds of the Big Thompson River! Take it all in while enjoying a cup of morning coffee, evening glass of wine, reading a good book or cooking dinner on the gas grill!
The cozy master bedroom en suite is also located on the main level (king bed). Open the windows and let the sounds of the Big Thompson lull you to sleep.
A second family room is located in the lower level along with 2 bedrooms (one king bed and 2 twins) and a full bath with tub/shower. There is a queen size pullout sofa in the common area. From this level you can walk out onto the covered patio and spot elk and other wildlife moseying along the Big Thompson River! Or simply sit back, relax, and enjoy the view!
A two car attached garage space comes with this rental. There is also a main floor laundry room.
As our guest you will enjoy access to HOA-shared common fishing areas along the Big Thompson river.
Wildlife sightings abound with frequent visits from elk, deer, wild turkeys and even an occasional bobcat.

**The rentals for this home are managed by Mark and Sue Werder (aka Good Neighbor Vacation Rentals) who live just a few miles away and are available to assist you with your stay! **
** The occupancy for this home is 8 total if at least 2 are children or 6 total if all adults. The 8 total includes day guests who must be approved by the manager. No weddings or other group events**
**Our cancellation policy is stated below. If you have any concern that you (or someone traveling with you) will not able to come because of possible future medical reasons (including Covid) and/or for some other reason then we suggest that you take out a trip insurance plan that would cover that potential situation.
**This community is a Firewise certified one. No smoking anywhere in or around this home and/or anywhere on the HOA shared grounds. Absolutely no charcoal grills or campfires permitted.

Our stay at Riverside Lodge was absolutely perfect!! Stunning views of the river greeted us the moment we walked through the front door. We have stayed in EP many, many times, and this was by far the most enjoyable place yet! We watched elk and deer along the path and river each day. One day we even saw a coyote! Riverside Lodge was so clean and comfortable! Hosts were extremely easy to communicate with. Location to RMNP entrance close by. We cannot wait to return!!!

The perfect place to be when you are not in RMNP! Very clean throughout the home. The kitchen is well appointed is the home is quiet and restful. We were able to walk to the store, several restaurants, even downtown if you wish!
