Enter through the daylight basement, which features a cozy second living area complete with a reading nook. This level also includes two bedrooms—one with a queen bed and one with a bunk bed (full over twin), as well as a full bathroom and a large laundry room for your convenience.
Upstairs, the grand open living, dining, and kitchen area boasts vaulted ceilings and walls of glass, filling the home with natural light and framing the spectacular views of Harpswell Sound. We had an excellent week at Sunset Shore House. It was comfortable and very spacious for the six of us. The covered wrap around porch was our usual hangout spot as the view was spectacular. Many amazing sunsets were seen while sitting there. We even brought a corn hole set which was easily set-up on the driveway, many a roudy game was held! The kitchen was very spacious and I LOVED the gigantic island, it made meal prep very easy. This house will definitely be on top of the list for a return family vacation!!

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and it was exceptional both times. We love the location, the scenery, and especially the people on this small island. Bailey is the best place to stay in Maine!

Picked this house based on pics of kitchen and outside areas. Plenty of indoor and outdoor room for seven people; didn’t feel crowded at all. Stunning views, loved covered outdoor areas, can’t say enough positive things about this lovely property.
