The apartment is very modern, the room was spacious, nice and clean, and the bed was comfortable. I liked that it had a washing machine and kitchenette with pots/pans, plates and utensils available for use.
The location of the building is hard to find, the location on booking is different from the the location on google maps, and the actual building is at neither of those. The host did not respond to my messages, and we received no information on how to access the building or our apartment. I sent messages requesting check-in procedures before we left Croatia, and did not hear back. it was hard to communicate because we did not have internet once we left the EU SSA roaming space. I eventually got a hold of the host w/ a phone number, and she met us when we arrived.

Nice view. Parking place. Nor far from centrum and from shopping.
No working TV. No AC. No working fan. Loud and hot. Unfinished construction, inside and outside.

Apartment is new and very beatiful and cozy. Also, apartment has free parking which was really helpful to us. All recommendations.
