The apartment was very clean, the furniture and other equipment looked like it's all brand new. Nadine is a nice person, we didn't have any issues with her. You can park next to the house so there's no need to park on the street. It's about 10min of walk from the Cuvi beach and 20min. from the city centre so the location is great at well. You can also use 2 different terraces depending on the sunlight.
There isn't anything I'd improve to be honest.

On the first day, we arrived quite late/early morning and our host was there to welcome us despite the hour. She aims to make the best experience for her guests. Everything was clean and quite new.
The accommodation itself is located in a quiet neighborhood not far from Cuvi beach, it takes only few mins walking there. There's a terrace and a balcony, perfect for breakfast or dinner outside.
