I liked the neighborhood of the property, it was very calm. I liked also that there was a laundromat nearby which became handy. The facilities were nice but nothing like the pictures at all, very run down versions of it. In the bathroom there was a lot of rust but the water pressure was nice. I did love the TV, and it’s comfortable stay but it just wasn’t what was listed. I loved the breakfast actually, and well the manager was just amazing. I loved her upbeat attitude and her welcoming attitude as well. I loved the free parking, and its way of being close to the rooms.

I was a bit disappointed that the pictures were just a bit of a scam since the rooms looked nothing like it. We missed a few basic things that most motels or hotels give, like plastic utilities, cups, teas, hot water, etc.. I wish the setup was nice and that the cleanliness was better. We literally found dirt and roses under our bed which just showed that the cleanliness isn’t really great. I would’ve liked to see more outlets closer to the bed as well.

Omeo Suites wasn’t quite what I expected based on the photos, so I wanted to share my experience for anyone considering a stay. The rooms are pretty bare, and the property could use some maintenance, rusted shower heads, worn doors from moisture, and a sink that drained slowly. The walls and moldings were also in need of fresh paint, and the moldings were noticeably dirty. The bed frame was noisy, and the couch had definitely seen better days. Also, there’s no TV service, so be sure to bring your own streaming accounts if you plan on watching anything. Overall, the name “suites” might give a different impression than what you actually get. It’s more of a simple, budget-style stay. Not terrible, just not what the pictures might lead you to expect. Hopefully this helps others know what to expect before booking.

The staff was nice and helped however they could. But. There was no cleaning services available and our room wasn’t the cleanest.

Nothing. The room was dirty. The sheets had stains, makeup, and hair on them. They changed our room but same problem. Dirty floors and hair in different areas.

Recognized the complaint and to care of it right away by the manager. My request was granted which was taken by the manager.

Window blind was not operational. Microwave turn on by itself so i need to unplug. Repoted and taken care of right way. Toilet was rocking when use and was reported to the manager. No strainer on the hand sink and no water stopper on the bath tub.

This is a very basic motel. Breakfast is oatmeal, coffee. Environment noisy and scary.

The bed was comfortable.

Well, the shower had this multiple head, 21st century looking thing, that didn't work. The shower heads on the wall were supposed to surround you with water, there was no knob to make that work, and the hand held shower head didn't work either. The shampoo bottle on the wall, fell off when my wife tried to use it and broke, almost cutting her. he first room we were assigned smelled like a cannabis dispensary.

While I did not quite expect for the hotel to look exactly like the website given the price, I definitely did not think that it would look like a horribly renovated motel. I didn’t even take a shower. Fixtures looked refurbished, not a huge issue if they were CLEAN!!! It’s gave me a feeling that there are roaches and other critters there. This also seemed like a homeless transitional housing hotel which is fine but that’s not what I paid for.

The location is very nice and the staff tried to be the nicest possible.

The accomodations just look good in pictures but not in real life. Seems dirty, smelly rooms. Old and Dirty AC's. A lot of noise of footsteps above the room. Pillows were yellowish and look dirty.

The hotel was very basic and the price was high for what was given. The shower was OK, as was the bed, but otherwise facilities were limited. Very limited breakfast. But staff were pleasant and helpful,

The bed. The mattress was firm and about 2 and 1/2 feet from the ground which made it easier to get in and out of bed. I had to request a different room because the first room's bed was 12 inches from the ground and super mooshy .

The bath towels are a mess.They are like rags. Upon my entrance to the room I checked the towels and they were damp. So I went back outside to ask the service ladies if they could please give me some dry towels and both ladies looked at me with disgust and said " those towels are dry. !" I said "no, they're not and they're so small. I need dry towels." They were hesitant to give me dry towels until the other lady said OKOK. What's going on here !!?? Also they offer a Kuerig coffee machine in the room but no water bottles are there to use..??? Drinking the water from the sink was not an option for me. Contacting the front desk is impossible. There are no phones in the rooms. There is no direct line to reach the front desk. Everything is through the internet. Not a good system here. If I was by myself and I needed something in the middle of the night I'd have to leave my room and be weary what could happen. All in all the bed was good and we slept good.

First of all, they advertised they had a kitchenette - no kitchenette, we stayed 4 nights and I asked the clerk to have the manager or owner contact me before we left. No visit or call. The original price online was $486 with taxes and fees included, at least that is what it said. I arrived at the hotel and now it is $545. Overall I have now learned that you get what you pay for. I could have stayed at a Hilton or Marriott for an extra hundred dollars.

hairs were found on bed, bed sheets seems used before. two of the three handles for the shower were broken. handheld shower head was leaking. Mold all around the edge of the base board in the bath room. Dust all over the AC outlet.

I never stayed there in Alhambra I wanted to stay in Arcadia, but the place was a senior center not a hotel. I don’t want to be billed

Heater didn't work and restroom was not clean enough... floors were not as clean as it should be!

Nothing. It was nasty. Hair in my bed, and some other substance in the other. Everything you can look at was poorly cleaned.

Look at comment above. You charge like you give something good but it was just so dirty in there.

The front desk act so rude to customers Motel wont let me check inn when room is paid in full before i got there they wanted tk charge me twice

arrived to the room and the smell of cigarettes as soon as we opened the door , dusty all over the room and I checked under one of the beds and a big long hair and debris on the “fresh” bed, contacted the office and the nice gentleman offered another room, I went and look and dust all over the room again and I didn’t want to walk at all to the room, went to desk again and the gentleman canceled the payment but appears that they didn’t I CONTACTED BOOKING.COM AND THEY DID NOT HELP ME AT ALL. (SO MAKE SURE YOU BOOK WITH A SITE THAT HAS YOUR BACK).
