About this house rental

Beautiful views from the balcony offer shady, breezy days with perfect sunset views in the evening. Not to mention the nightly view of the fireworks! If the view from the private balcony is not enough, try the view from the rooftop pool. The unit also offers views to the riverwalk, which is a great way to get to the beach by avoiding street crossings.

Absolutely loved our stay! The location was unbeatable - close enough to the fun, but far enough to enjoy some peace and quiet. We especially loved the shaded balcony overlooking the Cuale and ocean view. The rooftop was spacious and the pool was always the perfect temperature. Freddy was very welcoming, and Rebecca was incredibly responsive. Thank you for the amazing stay, we hope to stay here again next time!

The apartment was gorgeous, clean, homey and had everything we needed! There were fans and air conditioning so we were comfortably at all times! The laundry units were awesome to have access to so our bathing suits were dry before traveling! The pool, hot tub and gym really put this place over the top! We would definitely recommend this spot to anyone coming to PV!

Every thing in the unit was first class. the cleaning was a day late but very satisfactory. Freddy was very helpful when asked and very prompt. Entry and exit were simple. We really enjoyed the balcony view and furniture. Some stores and restaurants were difficult to find at first but easy enough after a while. Altogether, we had a very nice visit.
