The room was massive. We received a very nice breakfast every morning. The Olyfhuis is situated on a farm, and the farm is just beautiful.
Everything was perfect.

the breakfast was just ok, nothing fancy, no variety you are limited in terms of dietary requirements
only home made bread was served, small portions, the guest farm has modern resources like smart TV but clients are not allowed to use this services, how ironic at this age of embracing new technology, management should really consider allowing its clientele to utilize these services.

Our room was a full self catering unit so very spacious with large comfortable bed and bathroom. Accommodation options in Barkly West is limited, so this was a comfortable stay on a well kept property that felt safe and secure.
The floors throughout the unit are incredibly slippery, even when dry. As you can’t drink the tap water, we were only provided with a small little jug of filtered water for both drinking and making coffee, so please increase the amount of water provided to guests. The road leading into Barkly West from Windsorton side is incredibly bad and very dangerous to drive at night with all the trucks, so guests just to be aware of this if travelling in.
