Follow up your day in the city with fresh air and float the Boise River or hike the foothill trails!

The whole home is yours!

1700 square feet of comfortable living space, perfect for mid-term stays and families.

Main level: Enjoy a fully functional kitchen which includes oven, stove, microwave, cooking utensils, basic cooking supplies, and a kitchen table with seating for 8 people.
Enjoy watching all of your favorite tv shows, movies or sports in the game room, or play an assortment of games provided. We also have a large gaming table that includes ping pong, pool table, air hockey and mini basketball. There are two bar tables that are perfect for playing board games or watching TV at.

Down a few steps is a large living room that includes a sectional that folds out into a queen bed, smart TV and some of our favorite books. There is one bedroom downstairs as well as a full bathroom. A two car garage is available for use, as well as a washer and dryer.

Upstairs: 3 spacious, comfortable bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with a walk in closet. The "mountain" room is equipped with a twin trundle bed for additional sleeping.

Outdoor: patio seating, coffee table, globe lighting, grill, yard games and a large yard for other activities!

The house provides coffee, a refrigerator and freezer, baking and cooking items, board games and cards, towels, clean sheets and comforters, washer and dryer to keep up with cleaning needs, and much much more!

Please note that for stays exceeding 29 nights, Idaho law requires that we must obtain a lease from you before hosting your stay.

Our company policy also dictates that stays exceeding 29 nights require an extra cleaning every 29 days. This will be billed at the cost of an additional cleaning fee. These extra cleanings help keep our home an enjoyable place for all renters and really help our cleaning crews at the time of checkout. Please keep these policies in mind if booking a long term stay.

Any unauthorized pet will be charged $250.

A late checkout fee of $30 will be charged after 15 minutes late. An additional $30 will be charged every 30 minute increment after that.

There is no cable TV, but there are many apps that can be logged into.
