Please Note:
1. PET FRIENDLY: We love your furry friends! A fee of $150 per dog must be paid BEFORE the guest arrival date. There is a max of 2 dogs on the property and a max weight of 50 lbs. per dog. Sorry, but no cats or exotic animals are allowed in the home. If evidence of an unapproved (or unpaid for) pet is located on the property, there will be a $400 non-refundable fine. Please clean up after your pet in the yard (bring your own doggy waste bags) and in the home. Additionally, any pet brought to the property must not be left unattended in the home. If they are left at the property alone, they will need to be kept in a pet crate.
2. No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 / per day.
3. QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours for the property are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please keep the noise levels down over this time.
4. We do not have cell service at the cabin but we do have great Wi-Fi!
5. NOTE: You will need 4 Wheel drive to get to this home in the winter.
6. There is a camera on the exterior of the home. It is recording 24/7, 365 days a year. There are no cameras on the interior of the home.
7. We offer 24/7 complimentary communication to ensure that your stay exceeds your expectations! Please feel free to reach out to us day or night, and we will provide you with a swift response!

The photos are accurate and do not do this cabin justice. The cabin itself is located on the edge of Bald Eagle Forest, just inside of Centre county. The furnishings are very comfortable, great for relaxing and unwinding. The kitchen is VERY well stocked and equipped. This cabin was EXTERMELY CLEAN!! Given the location was expecting a lot of dust, cobwebs, etc., but none found. The linens and towels are newer and of good quality. The lot for the cabin is mowed, so you have a yard to play in with kids. Owner's WIFI worked well (you probably won't get any other service here regardless of carrier). There is a cross country ski trail just in front of the property that can be used for hiking. We went fishing at Penn's Creek (about 25 min). Plenty of dining options within 20 minutes of cabin, west to Millheim, east to Mifflinburg. You can barely see one other cabin through the trees, so while close you have plenty of privacy. Although we knew there were other families nearby from the occasional car passing the cabin driveway, we didn't hear a peep (no party cabins nearby!) All in all a great location with great amenities to get away from things. Note- Do not attempt to drive a low clearance car there (sports car type). Ave. car or SUV will get by just fine, but the driveway is gravel with some ruts, so low riding cars may bottom out.
