The Knotty Pine is located on the ATV/Snowmobile trail and close to everything Eagle River has to offer. IF YOU ARE COMING TO PARTY, PLEASE RENT ELSEWHERE. This is our family vacation home that we open up a few times per year.

MAIN HOUSE (1,650 sq. ft.): Has a spacious kitchen, new appliances, three bedrooms, a and two new bathrooms. The main floor bath has a full-size bath tub with a hand-held sprayer for the smaller kiddos. The lower level has the second bath, new laundry and an extra full-size refrigerator. The lower level was finished in 2021 to include a large bedroom and games area, complete with a dartboard and foosball table.

- Den/TV Room: Day Bed & Trundle with TV
BUNK HOUSE CLOSED FOR WINTER. (SUMMER RENTALS: Bunk House is 10' away but is perfect for the kiddos. A 13 x 24' space with a Queen bed and three Twin XL Bunks. The cottage has seating area, beautiful water views, tv and games galore and of course very good Wifi. The bunk was remodeled down to the studs in 2018. The bunk house sleeps 5. )
The cottage is located in the center of the Eagle River Chain of lakes between Eagle Lake and Otter Lake. The Knotty Pine Cottage + Bunk is our family's retreat. We open it to other families who will treat it like their own home. The Knotty Pine has a local caretaker who checks in during your stay to make sure you have everything you need.
Other info:
-3 night minimum in the off season, 6-7 day rentals only during the peak summer months.
- Local property care taker does an on-site check at some point during rental to make sure you are well cared for.
- Weekly rentals only in the summer months.
- Linens are provided, bring your own beach towels.
- There is NO SMOKING allowed on the premises. Inside or out. If you or your guests smoke, please find a different place to rent.
- No parties or events are allowed.
- Free Wi-fi in both Cottage and Bunk.
Kitchen appliances: Gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, coffee maker. Second refrigerator in lower level, plus new washer, new dryer & laundry sink.
- 100' of frontage on a one acre lot.
- No Pets allowed.
- Slack line, outdoor games
- Bunk House available to rent summer months only.

We had a wonderful time. The property is in a great central location on the chain. The house was well stocked with everything you might need. It was very clean. Comfy beds and plenty of wood to have fires in the evening. The dock was perfect for our boat. Would definitely reccomend.

Our family had a awesome time at the Knotty Pine. We just loved the cabin and the bunkhouse was great for the kids to hang out. Very well stocked with games, movies, and all of the essentials in the kitchen. Great location with easy access to the whole chain of lakes. The channel can be quite busy and a little loud at times but was fun watching all of the action. We hope to come back again next year!

The location on the chain of lakes was great, we rented a pontoon and had fun exploring all of the lakes. The channel was busy during the middle of the day. We loved the bunkhouse for the kids. Outdoor space was great with the hammock, firepit, tables and lots of seating, access to the water and dock. The cabin was clean and had some nice updates, though the indoor space was too small for our group of 7 adults and 5 kids. You are responsible for removing your own garbage and recycling.

We had a great holiday weekend at Andrea’s place- between the finished basement, bunkhouse and outdoor furniture, there were many places to spread out. Great to have a second fridge, too! One of my favorite Wisco VRBO experiences.
