The first floor features an open concept kitchen and bright dining area, cozy living room with a 55" smart TV, a full bathroom (currently under renovation for 2026 season!), and a bedroom (Queen bed). On the second level you will find a second full bathroom (with a shower/tub combo) and two additional bedrooms (one with a King bed and the other with a Queen bed and a double twin trundle bed). A crib and high chair can also be provided with advance notice if needed. The basement is finished with a second family room with a 60" TV, half bathroom, and washer and dryer for your convenience.
Conveniently located about 1 mile from downtown Vineyard Haven - you are just a short bike/car ride away from the ferry, shopping, and restaurants. Want a quiet place to relax and enjoy some family time? The outdoor space boasts a brand new large deck for the 2026 season (pictures coming soon), gas grill, and fenced in yard. My family and I traveled to the Vineyard and chose this property for our stay. The attention to detail made everything about this property perfect! The host was very responsive, each photo is accurate, no surprises or trickery, everything was in working order, clean and cozy in every room, no odors, only a few minutes from everything on the island.
