We loved this condo so much! This was the third year in a row staying at this specific resort and this condo was hands down our favorite! Super cute, beds were comfy, perfect view and super close to Sassy Bass (YUM)! The owner Ms. Jackie was super easy to get ahold of when we had a question before the stay too! We will be booking this condo again in the future!

Location was good. Easy access to beach via boardwalk. Excellent air conditioning!! Wonderful water pressure. Unit needs updating on bedding (sag) but comfy enough. Whole unit absolutely needs a dehumidifier. Couch and chair were not comfortable and could benefit from a deep upholstery cleaning, replacing wouldn't hurt! Needs smaller dining table, crowded the living room.

While our place was satisfactory, the amenities were in disrepair. One of the pools was green and closed, one of the hot tubs was drained and closed, the putting green was water logged and moldy, and the tennis court was completely unusable with caution tape due to how hazards the fencing was.
