Located within Marco Island's most luxurious boutique beachfront resort, a spectacular vacation can be all yours in this beachfront condo with private balcony. This privately owned Suite is a one-bedroom condo in Marco beach Ocean Resort, #708. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. The resort offers direct access to four miles of Marco Island's famed wide beaches, where you will find the space to stroll the water’s edge, search for seashells, enjoy sunsets, or simply relax in the sun.
Comfort and luxury await you in our spacious one bedroom suite featuring a king-sized bed in the bedroom and a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room. Each room has its own TV. The kitchenette has a full-sized oven, cooktop, microwave and under-counter refrigerator and is also stocked with cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, blender, toaster, and a Keurig coffee maker. The bathroom includes a soaking tub and a separate shower.
You will have a west-facing balcony overlooking the beach and pool area with a delightful view of Marco's incredible sunsets. All exterior windows and doors are hurricane rated.
Note, the refrigerator is small and does not have a separate freezer or ice-maker. There are ice machines conveniently located in the hallway that you are welcome to use.
The condo is maintained to CDC guidelines for cleanliness. For guests concerned with indoor air quality, the air conditioning and heating system is a stand-alone unit specific to this condo

As a guest of a private owner, your rental comes with access to the owner’s parking garage free of charge! It is located on the second level of the building, a quick elevator ride from the unit.

The resort offers 3 dining options for ultimate convenience and the condo’s well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals if you choose.
Step out to the Poolside Bar for sandwiches, salads and beverages – don’t miss the 2 for 1 Happy Hour from 4:30-6 PM!
Visit the Beachfront Grill for casual lunch near the sand.
When it is dinnertime, Sal E Pepe provides an elegant beachfront Italian dining experience with excellent food and a lively lounge scene for cocktails and conversation. This AAA Four Diamond Italian restaurant has an award-winning wine list and view of the Gulf of Mexico.
As the rental guests of a private owner, the following hotel services are not included:
Beach chair and towel service. The condo has beach towels and chairs for you to bring down. You do have access to all pool area amenities including chairs and towels.

Please note that this condo is booked independent of the Marco Beach Ocean Resort hotel, so certain hotel amenities will not be available. The owner provides beach chairs, and beach and pool towels within the unit. One free self-parking space in owner's area of the parking garage is also provided. Hotel amenities not available to guests of private condos are room service, daily cleaning service, valet parking, room-charging privileges, resort beach chairs, and resort pool towels. Chairs around the pool are available for all guests' use.

NOTICE: TURTLE NESTING SEASON From May 1 through October 31 each year is Sea Turtle Nesting Season. Renters/Guests agrees to Turn Off balcony lights before 9:00 p.m. and to close the drapes or window treatments of all windows facing the Gulf to minimize the projection of interior lights as any such lights may disorient an adult or newly hatched Sea Turtle. Renters/Guests understands that the Turtles are endangered and protected by Federal Law. Substantial fines can be levied against them by law enforcement for violations of ordinances protecting Turtles. Renter agrees to reimburse Owner for payment of the Fines imposed for violations during Lessee's occupancy and for the reasonable legal defense costs incurred."

Loved the location - short walk to beach with a nice pathway. Condo was clean and had lots of extras that we weren’t expecting….keurig with k-cups & creamer, pans, utensils, extra blanket, beach cart with chairs, & towels. Larry was very quick to respond to our questions & was very lenient with check in & out times. We will most definitely be back - best experience we have had thru Vrbo by far!

We came for a quick 3 nights but had all day Saturday and the host was gracious enough to let us stay most of the day Saturday. Everything was great and the view in the morning was fabulous. Loved having access to the beach and the pool. Loved having access to walking distances to restaurants if needed. Cannot wait to come back!

The unit was clean and well appointed however the pool was not usable due to some sort of maintenance. We did not learn about the pool until we were within 20 minutes of arriving. The owner was very friendly and helpful with providing check in information.
