Being Four Seasons afficionados, we were amazed to find out we could stay at this amazing hotel, enjoy all of the amenities and essentially pay half price for this spacious 1 bedroom suite. We did decide to pay extra for additional cleaning, but it was still worth it. I liked that the place has a kitchenette, so my kids could have quick lunches/snacks in the room. The pool is amazing and the staff was extremely attentive. We'll definitely come back!

This apartment is perfect. It is in one of the best areas of the city, is spacious enough for 3 guests, is well-appointed (complete with Four Seasons robes and slippers), and should you need anything the hotel concierge and desk are a call away. Check in and out were fast and easy. We will definitely stay here again.
Wish we had more time to take advantage of the pool and Equinox facilities!

Location, The Edge and gym
Lack of care and attention to detail. A real let down of the FS brand.
Condo not fully cleaned for arrival; chewing gum in shower, hairband in bathroom, child’s bed not made up despite requests including reminder at check-in (it was child’s bed time on arrival). Keys did not work at vsrious times, lots of miscomms and failed service. Just really poor. We’ve stayed in FS throughout the world and this was a big let down. Pool area looking tired and old.
