This updated 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo is a skier’s dream—located just half a mile from the base area and offering a free private winter shuttle to the mountain every 15 minutes (8 AM–5 PM). Whether you're here to chase first chair or relax après-style in the hot tubs, this cozy and stylish condo has you covered.
Enjoy resort-style amenities just steps from your front door, including a heated pool, three outdoor hot tubs, and tennis courts. After a day on the mountain, take a 10-minute walk to Gondola Square for dining and drinks, or drive just 5 minutes to downtown Steamboat for more nightlife and restaurants.
The condo was fully renovated in 2023 and thoughtfully furnished for both comfort and style. The master suite features a king bed and en suite bath, while the second bedroom offers a queen bed with a full bath just across the hall. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa, perfect for additional guests.
The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to cook at home, and the open-concept layout is ideal for relaxing by the gas fireplace with a movie or board game. A private ski locker is conveniently located near the front door, and you’ll also have two dedicated parking spaces.

Our family of five enjoyed our three-night stay here. The unit was bright, clean, and very comfortable.The good:-We appreciated the daytime shuttle and the on-call evening shuttle. This rental is also close to the passenger drop-off/pick-up area, for even faster access to the slopes.-Our kids loved the pool and hot tub.-Timber Run was so quiet! There was very little sound coming from any of the neighboring units.The less-good:-This unit was incredibly warm at night. Our kids were fine, but my husband and I slept with our window slightly cracked.-When all of us showered in the 5:00 hour, we ran out of hot water. I assume it's because so many people throughout the building were showering at the same time. -The photo shows a dining table that seats six, but the unit only had a four-top table. Overall, we'd be happy to stay here again and would recommend this unit to others.

Overall impressed with the property and service. The unit was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Excellent customer service! There was an issue with the front door key pad and we were initially locked out. We called and they had it corrected immediately despite it being after hours. Also, called about a clogged drain that was fixed almost immediately,
