About this apartment rental
Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, Three Little Birds is a spacious and comfortable private one bedroom apartment attached to our main home in Eastpoint, Florida. It is located less than a block away from St. George Sound, Apalachicola Bay. Central to Franklin county, a 10 minute drive will take you to beautiful St. George Island or to quaint Apalachicola and picturesque Carrabelle is a just a 15 minute ride away. Come enjoy the Forgotten Coast...we look forward to hosting you!
The entry door is located off a private deck and has a keyless entry lock . The apartment is equipped with a fully stocked kitchen and includes a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, oven, coffee bar, and kitchen table that can seat six. It is open to the living area that has a comfy couch with a queen sleeper, a large chair, smart TV, and desk. The bedroom has a queen bed, smart TV and full size washer and dryer. The bathroom has a full size shower. WIFI included. There is a queen size air mattress available. Message us if you have more than four guests.
Our guests have access to the driveway, entire side yard, entry deck and apartment. There is plenty of space for boats or trailers to park.
This apartment shares a concrete block wall with our home. There are locked doors on our side and the apartment side. It has a private entrance, but does share power, air conditioning/heat, and water with our home.
Although we have pets of our own, we are not pet friendly at this time. We recently lost our Goldens but we frequently dog sit our grand pups, a Mini Goldendoodle and a standard size goldendoodle.

Second time I have stayed here. Once I stayed as an all girl get away, and this time with my husband! Both times were perfect. Great location with accommodating owners. We will be back!

The cottage was great! Extremely clean!!! I always say the small details don’t mean much, they mean everything….like snacks and cold bottles of water were provided by Sheila, the host. Communication was extremely timely too. Just book this little gem. You’ll be happy!!!
