LIVING SPACE:
The living room includes a dynamic Nicoline Bresso leather couch which allows you to arrange the living space as you please, a full library, a variety of art books, and an Eames lounge chair for the ultimate experience in comfort and support. Relax inside with a 75-inch premium QLED Samsung television with access to high-speed internet.
BEDROOMS:
Two bedrooms set on opposite sides of the home allow for privacy as well as socializing. Equipped with premium Layla mattresses, soft linens, Brooklinen extra-plush towels, and multiple pillow options to suit every sleeping need. The master bedroom is designed with an in-suite Victoria + Albert Quarrycast Pescadero soaking tub, an open rainfall shower, and a double vanity sink.
KITCHEN:
Fully-equipped kitchen is perfect for those who love to entertain and cook, or just want to prepare a quick meal. Brew your morning coffee to perfection with our manual Chemex pour-over style glass coffeemaker or take a quick cup to go with the convenient Keurig machine. First and foremost, the owner (Ryan) was very, but not overwhelmingly, communicative. Expectations and information about the property were clearly established and provided upfront and that was much appreciated. The space is open yet cozy - kitchen/dining/living area are a functional open floor plan while the 2 bedrooms are sufficiently separated from the main spaces. There is a sitting nook ideal for watching the sun rise in the distance. Internet connectivity was solid and stable. Outdoors - hot tub and pool do what you need them to do. You get the best of the high desert views from the back deck - desert landscape but rocky hillsides in the not-far-off-distance. The area the house is located in is isolated enough to get the dark skies necessary for legit stargazing. There are neighboring houses but they are not at all intrusive into the enjoyment of this property.Overall a beautiful property - modern-styling in a beautiful, relatively remote location. Allows you to get away without going off-the-grid or abandoning the comforts of daily life.
