MOUNTAIN LODGE # 214 CONDO - 2 BEDROOM, 2 BATH - BEDDING: Master Queen, BR #2 Queen bed and Queen Sleeper Sofa in the Living Room. This cozy condo is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath with a full kitchen.
SLOPE SIDE NO AIR CONDITIONING (2 FANS PROVIDED)
BUILDING AMENITIES: Mountain Lodge is centrally located with access to a Ball hooter lift and the Village, Resort Shuttle Service at the entrance to the Parking Lot, gated parking on site and Bike Friendly lodging, a large gathering area in Lobby complete with a log fireplace, a coin operated game room, and a play area for the little ones. Free WiFi. Free Long Distance Calling. Bike storage and washing station are available. Access to the Split Rock heated pool and hot tubs is available at an additional cost. Mountain Lodge now has an eco-friendly indoor Glice Skating rink at an additional cost.
PLEASE CHECK THE AVAILABILITY OF LIFT TICKETS/LESSONS OR BIKE PARK PASSES/BIKE RENTALS/LESSONS BEFORE MAKING YOUR RESERVATION.
UPDATED HOUSE RULES:
~ Reservation holders must complete check-in requirements.
~ The reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver's license, and a selfie holding their driver's license for verification
~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking
~ No Pets - Pets found in non-pet properties are forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund and incur a $250.00 charge to the credit card on file
~ No Smoking
~ No large gatherings
~ Check in time is after 5:00 PM
~ Check out time is 11:00 AM
~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am
~ Minimum age of reservation holder is 25
~ No mailbox access will be granted, no exceptions are made.
~ For homes with a private hot tub, a cleaning fee of $100.00 is charged at the time of booking.

We love being at Mountain Lodge. This unit was nice. Beds are comfortable and furnishings were nice. The carpet is pretty old and dirty in spots. Overall we enjoyed it.

Great trip! Great access to slopes! Bring your own pans if you want to save money and cook! Kitchen slightly outdated! Everything else was good for a quick weekend on the slopes! Good access to everything! The lodge is an older building so don’t be expecting the ritz. It’s old but clean!

This property is in a great location with a very shot walk to Ballhooter lift. The condo itself is a in pretty good shape. The beds were comfortable and linens and towels were clean. The only complaints were the strange “no drawer panel” under the sink in the kitchen- it was removed and laying on the floor and the lack of working internet. Cell signal is hit or miss in this area, so internet is essential to maintain communication. The wire running into the modem was missing- so the modem had strong signal but was not hooked to the outside world. I was told to tell the front desk (tried calling but the phone in the room did. It work). I went to front desk and told them. Waiting 16 houts and then tried again. The maintenance guy then came by, could not figure out the wiring issue and advised us to use someone else’s internet connection.

Apparently, staff did nothing to enforce the quiet hours. When it's apparent that parents will not control their children, staff must circulate periodically to see that children are not running or playing in the common areas after curfew. This was especially a problem on New Year's Eve, but should be part of staff's routine tasks.
