Stunning and expansive views from the elevated deck w/ hot tub can't be beat. Features king bed in large master bedroom and game room in the basement. There is a road legal golf cart for your exclusive use. Nestled in quaint Fairport Harbor-enjoy fishing, jet ski, boating, kayak/paddleboard or relax at the dog friendly beach.

This home offers a hot tub & golf cart, ping pong, darts and pet friendly. There are 2 queen beds on the main level and a large king master upstairs. Located just .8 miles from a dog friendly beach which offers paddle boards, kayaks for rent and enjoy a beach fire until 11 pm. The pier is a great fishing spot with a boat launch. Fairport Harbor is a beautiful harbor town located on Lake Erie at the mouth of the Grand River.

Sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably, with cozy bedrooms featuring high-end linens, soft 800-thread-count sheets, and Tommy Bahama bedding.
The dining table is perfect for family meals or game night.
Fully equipped eat-in kitchen has everything from cookware to a coffee maker and even a gas grill right outside.

We enjoyed staying at this house. It was clean and very tastefully decorated. It's a bit unique, with a few different levels. As we're in our sixties, we were more drawn to using the main floor mostly and minimizing use of the stairs. I thought the amenities were great. We especially liked the hot tub, darts, and doing a jigsaw puzzle on the living room coffee table. We would have preferred a more private hot tub setting. But we made it work by rearranging some furniture and putting a blanket on the railing. There's a road below, with very light traffic. And there's a tavern next door with outdoor seating. There's a marina across the river, which was scenic. But then there's also the concrete and stone site in view. As we drove quite a bit along the lake, I could see how common industrial sites are in this region. So maybe one just has to settle for that. We did explore some areas that, in conjunction with the good sunny weather we had part of the time, were absolutely beautiful! It's a great location for birding, fishing (not that we were successful, but we tried), nature, etc. Pepper was great with communicating about a possible concern ahead of time, which did not materialize. All in all a great stay!

Loved this place! Our list of wants... all checked but one! One bathroom was a little rough, but to have a game room, hot tub, beautiful deck, fenced in yard, and dog friendly! A golf cart to cruise to the beach on... fun, fun. Loved tge two TV rooms. This place was equipped with all the extras that a traveler forgets... Thank you for a much needed rest.

We really did enjoy our stay at the property! Best high points of the property 1) location near beaches, fishing, parks, shops and restaurants in Fairport harbor 2) Hot tub, view from the rear deck with seating, and fenced yard. Low points: 1) House is directly next door to a bar. No problem with noise, but when they were frying food and the wind was blowing the wrong way, the smell of greasy food was overwhelming and made it hard to stay outside. 2) The large master bedroom upstairs had a very loud window unit for air conditioning. We stayed in the downstairs bedroom because of the noise. Overall, communication with the host was easy, and we really appreciated that we could stay with our dogs. Thank you!

My family loved this house! It had so many nice touches. The fenced in backyard was beautifully landscaped and the hot tub was pristine. We used the pool table, ping pong table and darts in the basement several times. We enjoyed the two family rooms for reading and relaxing. And the golf cart was a nice bonus for going to the beach, exploring the town and getting ice cream at Fairport Harbor Creamery. We would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

Long story short, after major surgery, I needed a peaceful, quiet place to convalesce for a number of days outside the city. Pepper was phenomenally flexible, gracious and supportive with lightning-quick responses to any questions we had. The home was perfect for my situation and must be even better in the summer on the lake. I can’t thank Pepper and her husband, Bryan, enough for their grace and friendliness.

We came for a soccer tournament at lost nations park. It was a quick 15 min drive to games and close to everything. The home is welcoming, clean and decorated beautifully. Our family slept well with the high quality mattresses and linens. The backyard was landscaped nicely and filled with flowers. The sunsets were vivid overlooking the marina. It was wonderful to unwind in the hot tub and cruise around in the golf cart. The sweet town and beach is just down the street. The host was extremely accommodating and kind. This home was a huge highlight of our trip!!

Well stocked, comfortable beds, comfortable gathering spaces. Only a few issues. Lots of big spiders on the deck space. I think with all the piles of weeds growing under the deck it brings out so many creepy critters at night. Also there are several dead branches above the hot tub that at one point, a Hugh chunk of bark fell into the hot tub just missing one of us. Other than the outdoor chaos, it was a wonderful retreat with us four women.

It was our 42nd anniversary & we spent it visiting with our son , daughter in law & granddaughter (who live in the area). A lot going on the Fourth of July week there was a parade, festival and lots and lots of fireworks, firecrackers etc. Love the local restaurant, especially the creamery ice cream shop. They even have mini golf in the middle of town. The house is amazing; the king bed was so comfortable; and the house has an amazing outdoor area for reading, napping & visiting. We also had the use of a street legal golf cart!

We had a great stay at Pepper’s house in Fairport Harbor. Cut little town with some great food, coffee, and friendly people. The house was on the Main Street, but away from most of the action. There is a bar nearby that was a little loud outside on Saturday night, but we could hear it inside. Only one bathroom, but all the extra toys like hot tub, pool table make up for that single shortcoming.

My husband, fur child, & myself had a nice relaxing couple days! We loved all the detailed beach decorations. The house was super clean and host was very accessible and responded promptly to any questions prior to our visit! The back patio/hot tub area is beautiful at night with all the solar lights on.
