This sparkling oceanfront Turtle Dunes villa is truly a coastal dream and the view from the private covered balcony is absolutely stunning! A neutral color palette used throughout this home completes the picture and creates a serene setting for your next beach getaway.
Walking into the main room you will find an open concept living/dining area with gorgeous hardwood floors. A beige sofa and 2 matching swivel chairs sit centered around a large flat screen TV. There is plenty of room to sit back and enjoy a movie or dive into a good book. The adjacent dining area has table space for 4 and barstool seating for 2 at the counter. But once you step out onto the spacious balcony that offers a high top table for 2, you might never want to go back inside! The ocean views from this private terrance are unparalleled.
The fully stocked gourmet kitchen stands ready for preparation of meals at home or snacks to go and you will appreciate the bright and open layout of this space which includes stainless steel appliances and dazzling granite countertops.
The stately master suite is furnished with a king-size bed, chest of drawers with a flat screen TV, a comfy chair for reading, and the same magnificent ocean views. An attached spa-like bathroom includes a tiled walk-in shower and separate vanity area with ample counter space. For extra convenience the balcony is also accessible from this bedroom.
The lovely second bedroom has two twin XL-size beds with seagrass headboards and easy access to the second bathroom which features a combination bathtub/shower. Trendy blue and white polka dotted wallpaper adorns this coastal space. This bathroom is also accessible from the common areas of the home.
This wonderful getaway is directly oceanfront and only steps from the sandy beach. A quick 2 minute stroll will take you to the huge Turtle Dunes pool where you can relax in the sun or take a refreshing dip! While staying in this luxury vacation condo you can visit the Omni Hotel to enjoy a glass of wine, ride bicycles through the plantation's many trails, take a stroll down to the plantation's many shops and restaurants, visit the miniature golf course near the plantation entrance, or rejuvenate at the nearby spa and salon. What else can I say, absolutely 10 plus. Would rent again. Designer decor every amenity you would need.Only thing I could recommend is a TV in the second bedroom. Oceanfront with beautiful landscaping. Could also have more carts for transporting your luggage.

Amelia Island Getaways are the best hosts! They were very responsive and called to check on how we were doing on our first day. The unit was very clean and well stocked with everything needed including beach chairs and umbrella. We highly recommend this company and Turtle Dunes is a great location with wonderful beach access and pool! We will be back for sure!
