About this house rental

Fabulous 5 Bedroom luxury beach house with designer kitchen, Second kitchen, two living areas, two dining areas, 3 bathrooms and 3 decks. The house is just a very short walk 200metres to the surf beach, the kids' rock pool, Avoca's cafe society and the spectacular Avoca Surf Club. The house is also close to the 5 lands walk to Copacabana. Sleeps 12. 1 King bed, 4 queen beds and two bunk beds
In Christmas school holidays there is a 7 night minimum stay. Please note: There is no hot tub. This is strictly a NON SMOKING PROPERTY inside or outside the house.

Heather was very helpful before and during our visit to Avoca. The property is spacious, in good condition and the beds are super comfortable. Proximity to the beach is a bonus, as we had young children with us. We would definitely choose this property again next time we visit Avoca.
