Porch couches and also kitchen mat were not clean
Ants were in kitchen and would go over our food if they were not in refrigerator
No ac but fans were provided

The location and the value was good. It didn’t cost much but got what we paid for.
Downstairs shower is a little dangerous. It is narrow (tub) and support bar is warranted, especially for the elderly. The sofa was dirty and OLD. When you sit on it you sink in. There were no coffee filters and coffee pot worked on and off.
