Not as advertised, many items broken/not working

Lovely location in the redwoods, nice office area & porch, comfortable kitchen.

BEWARE - NOT AS ADVERTISED There were a number of broken items/not working amenities that make this property NOT as advertised. Our vacation was pretty much ruined, it was one thing after an other. - The front gate is completely broken on one side which made it hard to let the dog play in the yard. - The hot tub was not working properly & we had 2 different visits from people trying to maintain the hottub, which ended up getting drained DURING OUR STAY, which made it much less private. And no use of the hot tub. - a window in the bedroom was broken & not working, making it hard to get air circulation - the Internet was unreliable, went down randomly, & that made it impossible to have meetings of carve out work-time The management company was slow & uncommitted about getting a refund for the broken & un-usable amenities, which made me not want to use that company again.
