*** Please note there are security cameras on the outside of the property. They only show the driveway, front door and front areas. There are no cameras inside and there are no cameras that show the back around around the hot tub.

****Please note that there are no parties allowed on the property. Any number exceeding the SIX PERSON LIMIT will constitute a violation of the "NO PARTY" rule and will result in a $500 FINE.!!! ****

Parties and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited. Any small gathering must comply with other rules set regarding Noise, Neigborhood and Visitor numbers. MAXIMUM OF 6 GUESTS AT A TIME (This include both adults and children)

This is a residential neighborhood and quiet is required. There are no guests allowed to sleep over that are not listing on the booking itinerary.

Guests and Visitors must keep noise to a minimum as not to disturb the occupants of neighboring properties- especially after 11pm.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING HOUSE RULES:

- STRICTLY NO SMOKING INSIDE THE PROPERTY, you can smoke outside the cabin just away from the windows. There is a pot by the deck to throw away cigarette butts.
- STRICTLY NO USE OF PARTY ITEMS (glitter, confetti, etc.)

If there is evidence of non-compliance with the policies stated above, penalty fees will apply. Common examples of non-compliance and corresponding penalty fees are listed below. The list is by no means exhaustive or exact. Management reserves the right to assess each situation differently and use discretion when applying damage or penalty fees.

$500 Evidence of party within the premises
$70 Use of party glitters, confetti that will result to extra cleaning time
$70-$500+ Damages to lodging, furnishings, equipment, etc that must undergo cleaning or replacement.
Ex. Chewed door frames
Ex. Soiled bed sheets
Ex. Hair dye on sheets, linens or towels
Ex. Pool table and hot tub

THINGS TO DO IN CAPE GIRARDEAU:
Here are a few activities you might enjoy while your in Cape Girardeau. If you and your family like to swim, Cape Splash Family Aquatic is the place for you. Cape Conservation Nature Center, Discovery Playhouse and the Missouri Wall of Fame also are some great places to visit.

Trail of Tears-only 8 miles from the cabin, if you like swimming in a lake and hiking, and history you need to make the trip out to the State park, This is where the Cherokee Indians were forced to relocate in which the name was giving Trail of Tears. Your only a few minutes from the Cabin to Cape Rock, a breathtaking view of the Mississippi River, if you are a hiker it's a nice walk to the Rock.

Isle Casino is only a few minutes from the cabin if you like the thrill of winning. Main Street downtown Cape Girardeau is a great place to go. Lots of restaurants, shopping, and playing only a few minutes from the cabin.
