About this apartment rental
Enjoy the expansive beach and blue sea just across the street. Conveniently located near markets, restaurants, pizza, and services (see guide). The condo is clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and has everything for your beach stay.... comfortable beds and linens, a well-equipped kitchen, gas BBQ, air conditioning, gated onsite parking (essential here), TV, Wifi, laundry, & more. The apartment is perfect for a couple, a family, or friends who want a comfortable stay on the sea yet close to public transportation to visit Rome.
Access Rome easily by driving 10 minutes to the Metromare train station. You'll arrive at the Colosseum or main train station in 35 minutes. Or take the bus and make a transfer onto the Metro B to arrive in the center of Rome.
BEDS:
Bedroom 1: new queen bed with memory foam mattress topper and all-cotton bedding. Closet space.
Bedroom 2: New, loft double bed with all-cotton bedding. Additional single bed. Closet and drawer space. Desk and Internet
Bed 3: New Pull-out Couch with double-size mattress and bedding.
BEACH:
The beach is right across the street. There is the option for a beach with services like bar, bathroom, umbrella rental, OR beaches without. All are clean and expansive.
YOUR RESERVED PARKING SPACE:
There is one private parking space in the gated parking lot for the building (essential in the summer). For additional cars, there is free street parking behind and paid parking in front of the building.
SERVICES:
Everything is within walking distance - the beach just out the front door and it's an easy walk to a market (250m), bar (200m), the best bread-pastry-pizza bakery (1.3km), best gelateria (1.4km), restaurants (450m), pizza (70m), etc.
WHY OUR GUESTS LOVE OUR APARTMENT:
It has everything unlike other apartments in the area: a dedicated private parking space (necessary); comfortable beds and linens; a fully-equipped and spacious kitchen with dishwasher; air conditioning; triple exposure for great breezes through the house; a large baloncy; a WEBER gas grill on the balcony; High-speed Internet; new smart TV w/ cable & antenna; clothes washer; and it is very clean and comfortable.
LOCATION:
Guests prefer our location because it has the best beaches across the street (one with bar, chairs, and umbrellas, and one quieter and without)....it is within walking distance to all amenities (bars, restaurants, bakery, gelato, etc). If you want to go into Rome or explore other areas, it's 15 minutes to the train by car.
EXPERIENCED HOSTS:
Karen is a "superhost" and has 15 years of experience renting her home in the USA and Rome. Giacomo is a native of Rome and able to answer all your questions. Additionally, Agnese will meet you upon arrival and be available for any immediate needs during your stay.

We were not originally planning on staying in this part of Italy, but when our original plans fell through we found Giacomo and Karen's place as a way to get a break from the hustle and bustle of Rome. It turns out that they were excellent hosts who tried to accommodate us in all of our needs, from letting us check in early to arranging a ride to the airport. The location of the apartment is excellent, within walking distance to shops and restaurants and just a stone throw's away from the beach. The beach is excellent, clean with clear water, and fantastic evening sunsets. In the week the beach was very empty and quiet, but on the weekend it turns into a festive, family affair packed with local (Roman?) Italians. There are very few tourists. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. We fell in love with the area, which was all made possible and enhanced by Giacommo and Karen's affordable apartment and hospitable nature. Very nice!
