About this house rental
You’ve been meaning to slow down. Reconnect. Get the family in the same place — without the screens, the schedules, the stress.
But somehow every trip ends up being more work than rest.
The rental looks great in photos… until it’s not.
The kids are bored. The adults are overwhelmed. You spend more time navigating logistics than making memories.
That’s why we built Jerob’s Place.
Five acres of private joy — recently renovated and upgraded with families in mind:
– A swim spa and pool just for your crew
– A movie room with Love Sacs and surround sound
– A scavenger hunt that leads to a real hidden room
– King’s Fortress playground with soft AstroTurf for wild, barefoot fun
– A zero-gravity massage chair when it’s your turn to recharge
At night, circle up at the custom-lit firepit.
Tell ghost stories. Share old memories.
Or just let the kids load up s’mores while the stars come out.
Every detail — from the sidewalks to the toy closets to the Curious George room — was reimagined to create ease, delight, and connection.
Yes, even your pets are welcome.
Spots fill fast, especially for reunions and holidays.
Reserve your stay now — and give your people a trip they’ll talk about for years.
Jerob's Place hosted by Comfy Spots Vacation Rentals.
Pets are allowed to come with you on your get-away. The pet fee is $100 per pet.

The owners were terrific about addressing some issues we had at the house. For instance, we wanted to use the blender, but there was no pitcher for it; just the base. They had one delivered within the hour of my notifying them. Excellent communication. The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 overall is the “outside activities” closet for the kids was empty, which meant no rubber boots for them to play in the marsh (one of the things they were so looking forward to doing.) All in all, a great place for families. Oh, and the movie room is fantastic for the kids!

Great place!

We traveled with extended family with age ranges of 3-80. The overall space provided great areas for us to spread out. The pool was a good size for our group of 16. All amenities (linens, household supplies, etc) were as listed. This home has been worn well, and could use some maintenance work. However, the space worked for our gathering and we had a great weekend!
