House was as described. Set up allowed each couple to have their own bathroom. Nice common space(s). Not beach side but worked for us. The part of the Island doesn’t have a lot of night life or things to do but we were looking for quiet and chill…and it delivered perfectly!

This was an amazing house and was perfect for 8 of us to relax and have a great beach weekend. The locations is very accessible to the beach (2 minute walk) and the pool, hot tub, and game rooms at house make for a fun filled time. We will definitely want to reserve this house again in the future!

Everything was top-notch at the house. We lived it!!
The only minor suggestions would be to add a few more towel racks, especially in the upstairs bathroom and have some salt and pepper on hand.
People staying at the property should be aware that there are several steps going up and down into the property when you’re loading and unloading. Also, the stairway from the balcony to the hot tub is spiral and when you exit the hot tub it’s a bit tricky to try not to hit your head on the spiral staircase.
