Perfect two bedroom condo for your family or friends. The condo has a beautiful patio with a view of the ocean. Great way to start your day with morning coffee and the sunrise. Perfect way to finish your evening with an ice-cold cocktail and ocean breeze views.
Condo is located in The Mustang Island Beach Club. The Mustang Island Beach Club is a small complex with 32units. There is a community pool, hot tub, barbecue areas and gaming room. The beach is about a 10 minute walk and 1 minute drive with a private access on a private boardwalk.
The condo has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. First bedroom has a king size bed and private bathroom. Second room has queen-sized bed and TV. Living room has a pull-out sleeping sofa. The kitchen has full appliances. You will find everything you need, even a shrimp boiling pot! If you don’t want to cook, there are great restaurants within 10 -15 minutes driving distance. Come and relax!

Real nice place. I’ve stayed in a different unit in the building, but my family and I preferred this one. Living area felt nice and big, and we had no issue with seating everyone. Unit faces east, so great sun on the deck in the AM. Great beach access. Host let me check in early, and was quick to respond when I asked about linens in the evening. We loved the convenience of the electronic door lock. 2 small grips. First, there was no lid for the trash can. Minor, but a hassle when you have pets (and it’s a pet friendly unit). Second, the hot tub wasn’t working the entire 3 nights I was there. I know this is a building issue, and not the hosts, but still annoying to lose that amenity for our stay.

Great dog-friendly place. Ocean view on the huge porch; nice pool and hot tub. Short drive/walk to boardwalk &beach. Just happened to catch the Kite Festival which was very cool Weather and ocean perfect!
