The pool measures 11.5 x 4.5 meters with a 2-meter shallow end

The villa covers 240 m², including a very spacious living/kitchen area of 90 m² with views of the sea and the Cap d’Antibes. In the living area, you’ll find a seating area with sofas and armchairs; a wood-burning stove; a dining table


The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, microwave, induction cooktop, Nespresso coffee maker, American-style fridge/freezer (chilled water, ice cubes, and crushed ice), rice cooker, blender...)—everything is designed to make you feel right at home

There are 7 air-conditioned bedrooms
- 1 master suite with its own private shower room (shower, sink, toilet)
- 4 bedrooms with queen-size beds (160x200cm)
- 1 bedroom with a 90x190cm bed
- 1 bedroom with pull-out beds (90x190cm)

Two bathrooms are also available, one upstairs and one downstairs (+ shower room in the master suite)

The outdoor area offers various places to relax, including a covered dining area where you can enjoy meals in the shade, as well as two garden seating areas for your aperitifs.

There is ample parking on the property.

We provide pétanque balls, a molkï, badminton rackets, a ping-pong table, a trampoline, a children’s playhouse, and a children’s swing

All baby gear can be provided upon request when you make your reservation.

The nearest beaches are a 15- to 20-minute drive from the villa (Cagnes-sur-Mer or Saint-Laurent-du-Var)
