position of apartment right on the promenade but far enough above that people do not look at you! so close to swim and sit on playa chica

The apartment is in a great location – the beach is right in front, there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and if you walk to the end of the street you will find the Santa Catalina bus station, which connects you to almost every part of the island (and makes it easy to get to the airport as well). The apartment itself was clean. We didn’t really use the kitchen, except to make coffee, so the moka pot came in very handy. The terrace is definitely the best part of the apartment. As a small suggestion to improve the terrace experience, we would recommend providing at least two matching wine glasses :) It would also be great if fresh towels could be provided after 2–3 days of stay. All in all, a wonderful place to stay in Las Palmas – we highly recommend it!
