המיקום מושלם, ממש קרוב לטיילת בת גלים ולחוף של בת גלים, יש גם מסעדות באזור
החצר של הבית והכניסה מאוד מוזנחים, יש זבל וחפצים עזובים, לכלוך ועשבים--הייתי מצפה למקום מעט יותר מטופח
אין מרפסת בדירה, יש דלת שמובילה לשום מקום
הטלויזיה במיטת גלריה, שם היו אמורות לישון הבנות שלנו-לא עובדת! השלט היה שם ללא בטריות, זה רק אומר שהיא לא עובדת כבר הרבה זמן וזאת לא היתה תקלה שהתקבלה בביקור שלנו,
בגלל זה הן נאלצו לישון בסלון, דבר שגרע מהחוויה שלהן.
בנוסף- ישנם 8 שלטים בדירה, 2 מזגנים והשאר של הטלויזיות--הבטריות שלהם היו ריקות ונאלצתי לשחק כל הסופש בהחלפת בטריות!! לא נהנתי מכך--הייתי מצפה לתחזוקה יותר טובה במחיר הזה--כאשר ניסיתי לפנות לבעלים לא היה מענה לגבי הטלויזיה או הבטריות. הוצע לי 10% הנחה לביקור הבא.
הריצוף של המקלחת היה דהוי, לי זה לא מפריע, אבל יש מקום לשיפור.
גם הניקיון של החלונות טעון שיפור, חבל, יש נוף של ים

The location is amazing. The proximity to the ocean, the apt. is clean and has everything you need !!!!
Communication with the property manager was good. Great location to local day trips. Highly recommended !!!
A small night light at the open loft upstairs. (it is a recommendation only!!)

really nice place with cool designed details. perfect location. your can hear the ocean from bedroom 10 meters away
a balcony would be nice(can be added). missing some kitchen stuff and a place to dry laundry

The location was good. But the surrounding was not clean lots of garbage seen everywhere.. the wooden steps leading to the apartment where unsafe. Lots of strayed cats roaming around the building. I was under the impression the house has a balcony as shown in the photos. There wasn't any. Only the adjacent apartment had one.
Mostly the location.
