Le Palm Beach

The location was superb. It was a less than a 15 minute walk into the city center along a small pretty street . There was a small neighborhood grocery store about a 5 minute walk away connected to a bakery. I was reminded of Santa Barbara. The highlight besides being across from the beautiful ocean was 2 beach restaurants/bars. It was Literally across the street so you could watch the sunsets while enjoying your glass of wine . The apartment was spacious and clean with all doors leading out to a private patio. Unfortunately the jacuzzi wasn’t working but looked very inviting. The patio was very nice and was a great place to enjoy the sun and the views and to dry your clothes . Sanary is a well- kept secret so don’t tell anyone how charming it is.

The only thing that was a negative was the shower fixture which was broken but after corresponding with management we figured it out. It comes with a washer but no dryer . But this is where the patio is handy . We were told the bathroom was going to be renovated this fall . Also the person who met us upon arrival did not speak one word of English so that was a little challenging trying to understand the workings of the apartment . But overall we were delighted with the apartment . It was so comfortable and convenient. Word to the wise- taxis are almost non existent so Ubers are the way to get to and from the train station.

Wonderful location. Key handover in person including intro. Convenient car park. Loved the terrace and jacuzzi.

The apartment’s floor plan felt a bit unusual — quite narrow, with a living area that wasn’t particularly inviting to spend time in. That said, we preferred being outdoors, so it didn’t affect our stay much. A few fixtures and fittings could use some attention, but overall the space served its purpose for our visit.
