Beach House Sant'Andrea

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per quattro giorni con nostra figlia e nel complesso ci siamo trovati bene. La casa è stata recentemente ristrutturata, è piacevole e i bagni sono nuovi e ben tenuti. Per essere corretti nella valutazione, bisogna anche considerare il contesto e la posizione: siamo nel sud della Sardegna, in una zona bellissima ma con infrastrutture e servizi diversi rispetto alle località turistiche più sviluppate. Per questo non avrebbe senso applicare esattamente gli stessi criteri. Durante il soggiorno alcune cose mancavano o non funzionavano perfettamente e ci sono sicuramente alcuni dettagli che potrebbero essere migliorati. Vorrei però sottolineare soprattutto la disponibilità della proprietaria, che ci è venuta personalmente incontro per aiutarci a risolvere un nostro problema logistico. È stato un gesto molto gentile che abbiamo apprezzato molto. Per questo la nostra valutazione complessiva è di 5 stelle. Chi cerca una casa proprio in questa zona e apprezza la tranquillità e la posizione può sicuramente prenderla in considerazione. Noi conserveremo un buon ricordo del nostro soggiorno.

Perfect house on the beach with all possible amenities, 3 bedrooms with balconies on the top floor, large living room at the ground floor, big space in basement, comfortable garden with shower after the beach, sea is 30 meters from the garden. Umbrellas, floaties and chairs for the beach are available. Several supermarkets and restaurants 5 minutes drive from the place, Cagliari is 20 minutes drive. Deliveroo is operating in the area so you can order delivery too.

Basement area is not air-conditioned, it is not hot there but it feels a little like a waste of place, it can easily be arranged as a spacious unit with additional bedroom. Parking lot in the garden is quite small, we couldn't fit there our car because of the entrance angle and the bushes, so instead we parked at the entrance, which can be a bit problematic as many cars come to the beach and parking can be challenging.

Adorei a localização, numa zona calma. E também adoramos a casa, é enorme e tem tudo o que é preciso. Os anfitriões foram incríveis e super prestáveis.
