L'appartamento è ben arredato, molto moderno, in edificio ben tenuto e sicuro. Gli ambienti sono spaziosi, fino a 6 persone, si sta comodi. È vicino alla spiaggia e anche al centro del paese
Le attrezzature della cucina sono molto scarse, non c'è nulla x fare il caffè, ci sono due pentole piuttosto rovinate. Nel bagni della camera matrimoniale c'era una forte puzza di fogna. L'esterno sarebbe da curare meglio, ci dovrebbe essere un giardino, ma c'è solo terra secca
