Everyone was very nice and accommodating. My room far exceeded my expectations. It was spacious and stylish, with a kitchenette. When I needed cooking utensils, they provided them and even gave me some butter to cook with when I forgot to buy it myself. Everything was in excellent condition. Cleaning service was excellent and made sure things were clean tidy, even when I stayed in my room working until the afternoon. When I asked where I could take my clothes to be washed, they did it for me very nicely in a few hours for a modest cost.
In order to get in and out of the premises, you have to ask at the front desk or ring the bell at the gate. Someone always was there to help with that right away, but I'd prefer to be able to do that myself.
