First off..the room was great 👍 we were on the bottom floor in a renovated room. I had booked through this site and paid $*** for 3 nights. A very good deal. When we got there the room that we booked was being renovated so I asked to see our room before we checked in ( there is a note on the front door that encourages you to look at your room BEFORE you check in.. absolutely no refunds if you don't like the room) He showed us our room then said that if the other room renovation is done we would have to move. Well I told him I wasn't moving once settled in a room. The manager became agitated and said that the room he showed us was*** per night. Not my problem. The room I booked should have been ready for us. He then showed us a different room on the second floor. As soon as the door opened all you could smell was weed..I told him I could not sleep in that room because of the smell. I have severe allergies. We ended up in the first room we saw. As we were getting checked in my husband asked if there was a fridge in the room. I asked the manager and he said...well you were in the room. He was not very polite so my husband said we are only asking if there is a fridge in the room...we didn't see one. He answered my husband but was not very professional. The housekeeper was wonderful and we did have a good stay. We did not change rooms. Customer service is not the managers strong suit.
