Nothing really. Wouldn't be suitable for elderly or mobility issues as there are steep stairs upto bedroom and also the rooftop.

Gut ausgestattete, sehr geräumige Ferienwohnung, die sich einschließlich der großen Dachterrasse über drei Stockwerke erstreckt. Ruhig, in den engen Gassen eines noch nicht zu Tode sanierten Viertels gelegen, trotzdem nur wenige Gehminuten zum touristischen Zentrum. Absolut empfehlenswert.

This is a quirky 3 level apartment for the truly young at heart. It’s in a quiet area BUT there is so much construction in these old areas of Sicily-we found it everywhere- we were woken at 7am with scaffolding outside our bedroom window each morning. 1.5 bathrooms is a bonus. The terrace is nice but stairs make it hard to get to and needs a bit more TLC-comfy seats/shade. Easy key access, kind yet remote attention from host Sebastiano , and an appropriate price point.
Streets of Ortigia covered in so much trash, lots of loud construction, lots of narrow stairs to levels of apartment.
