SANDERS ISLAND VIEW COMMUNITY
Relax with a little lake time and make some memories at this unique large family friendly lake house at Lake Texoma @ Sanders Island View community outside Kingston, OK with sandy beaches & shared boat dock/ramp just blocks away.
Surrounded by trees and nature, this community is perfect for a weekend fishing trip, fun in the sun boating, swimming & floating vacation get-a-way with family and friends.
Large front and back year with plenty of room for parking your trucks, boats and lake toys.
Come and enjoy the large backyard with ample outdoor space to enjoy the outdoors or play the yard games provided. There is a fire pit with a starter supply of wood (available unless there is a county or state burn ban in place). The patios and other outdoor spaces are lighted to enjoy your outdoor time when you are ready to chill after enjoying a day on the water - boating, fishing, floating, swimming, hiking or riding the local trails.
This is a "unique" house all on one level (so no stairs to worry about), with a large open concept common area. The recently remodeled open kitchen with granite countertops stainless appliances, toaster, mixer, cooking utensils, bakeware, dishes and many other items are stocked for your convenience. There is an eat-in bar and large dining area.
If you enjoy coffee, there is a coffee bar with a Keurig K-Duo drip and K-cup machine along with a supply of ground coffee, a variety of K-cups flavors, tea, sugar, sweetener and creamer provided.
The house has 2 back-to-back bathrooms that have been recently remodeled, one with large walk-in shower and the other with a tub/shower combo. Essentials are provided: Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel.
There are 3 bedrooms and a bonus bedroom:
BR #1 - King Bed
BR #2 - King Bed and Queen Bed
BR #3 - Queen Bed
Bonus Room - 2 Twin Beds
Total of 6 beds + an additional roll away single bed is also available if needed.
Not that you'll want to stay inside, but just in case, there is free internet with Wi-Fi and a 55" Ruko TV with capability for you to log-in to your own favorite streaming service (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime).
Plenty of games to play: We have board games &/or cards to keep you entertained. The garage flex areas are set up as game rooms, including a foosball table and indoor Air hockey table. There is also a corn-hole game and a ladder toss game to play in the garage game room areas or outside.
Lake Texoma is known for great fishing. You can fish on your own or with a professional guide we can recommend for a guided fishing outing.
