Serenity Now! Welcome to 3 Dog Creekside Cottage. This fully remodeled 1950’s farmhouse sits on 2.5 acres and a rushing creek. The peaceful sound of the water is heard throughout the house, making for a spa-like atmosphere. Large windows bring in tons of natural light and exposure to the stunning grounds. Watch the multitude of native birds visit the feeders. There is a secure privacy fence and fur kids are welcome.
The chef’s kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and any utensil you might desire. Relax by the wood-burning fireplace in the sitting room or read a book on the oversized swing on the back deck as you take in all that nature has to offer…butterflies & hummingbirds abound during the warmer months. The den has plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy a movie or game. The oversized half bath is conveniently located downstairs.
There are multiple options for eating locations including a formal dining room and covered patio. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, a primary with a lovely deck overlooking the water. It boasts a king size bed while the opposite bedroom has a daybed that can be two twins or another king. A pack n play is also available. This home is perfect for couples or families. The shared bathroom is luxurious with a massive walk-in shower and gorgeous views.

It is easily accessible and about 15 minutes from quaint downtown with great restaurants, shopping, farmers markets and festivals. There are hiking trails all around us and Lakes Nottley and Chatuge are both a short drive. Murphy is perfectly situated 2 hours from Atlanta, Asheville and Chattanooga. It is in close proximity to Blue Ridge, Blairsville and Young Harris GA as well as Hayesville, Warne and Brasstown NC.

Randy and Deborah are stand out hosts. Everything was simple and straightforward for our stay and the listing was exactly what we got. This is a beautiful property that I want to come back to immediately. And to top it off, our dogs also loved every minute of it as well! 10/10, would highly recommend to anyone looking to get away deep into nature (with or without your pups!)

The property was beautiful! Gazebo, firepit, and creek made it such a magical experience. The dogs enjoyed the fenced in yard, the dog beds, and the toys. The food and water bowls were much appreciated as well. The kids enjoyed the porch swing and swings bench in the gazebo as well as playing in the creek. The 2 bedrooms and shared bathroom are upstairs. The bathroom is large and was accommodating for us. The livingroom, kitchen, dining room, and half bath were downstairs. We absolutely loved and used the gas fireplace on our coldest nights. The view from the balcony from the master bedroom was breathtaking. We plan on staying again! The extras made a difference too, laundry and dishwasher pods, garage bags, coffee pods, etc! Loved the smell of the handsoap and lotion provided too! Thank you again for an amazing stay!
