About this house rental
Welcome to our private century-old home located right off I-79 in Bridgeville. House features ample parking, covered porch and spacious back deck, fully-fenced in backyard, comfortable living room with Roku TV, High Speed Wifi, eat-In kitchen, hardwood floors all throughout the main area, and 2 cozy bedrooms with queen beds, TVs, and storage.
Our century-old cottage is unique in that the bathroom is located in the basement. This was so workers could enter after a long day at the mills, clean up, and then enter upstairs without bringing the mess in. We've updated the bathroom since then, of course but you must be able to walk up/down stairs to access the bathroom.
Convenient safe neighborhood, 20 minutes to Airport, 15 minutes to Downtown Pittsburgh or Southpointe. Close to restaurants & shopping.

well kept property and comfortable. Downstairs bathroom was a little awkward since I am older, have recent knee replacements and get up several times during the night, half awake so stairs were a bit worrisome.
