About this apartment rental
Quiet, cozy vacation apartment in the scenic conservation area of the municipality of Gaienhofen, in the Horn district. Located on the waterfront, about 200 meters from the lake/beach.
A small, single-story unit with a terrace of about 20 square meters. The apartment, measuring about 65 square meters, is very bright thanks to its large glass front.
There is one bedroom (with a mosquito screen) facing north, which stays pleasantly cool even in extreme heat. The living room is large and spacious and equipped with a sleeper sofa. Open kitchen with dining area. Bathroom with bathtub, shower, toilet, sink, and laundry room; private parking space directly in front of the apartment. Limited space for storing e-bikes (not inside the building).

The apartment is for 2 adults.
A basic supply of toilet paper, coffee, tea, spices, etc., is provided for the first half-day. Dishwasher and washing machine tabs are not provided. Upon arrival, a tourist tax of 2.80 euros per person per night is payable in cash.

Es war alles Bestens.
Verbesserungswürdig sind die sehr geringe Wassermenge, die aus dem Hahn im Bad kommt. Die Dusche ist sehr klein und wird durch den Duschvorhang beim Duschen noch kleiner! Seifenablage ist nicht vorhanden und aus Platzgründen auch nicht möglich.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist top. Schöne Einrichtung mit allem was man benötigt für einen schönen, entspannten Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und die Gastgeberin immer erreichbar, wenn Nachfragen vorhanden sind.
Uns hat es gefallen und wir werden wiederkommen.

Tolle Zeit mit unserer jungen Tochter (1 Jahr alt), die Wohnung hat alles, was man alltäglich braucht, ist sehr ruhig und nur ein paar Gehminuten vom See und Strandbad entfernt. Terrasse und Wohnzimmer sind perfekt zum entspannen. Wir kommen mit größter Freude wieder.
