New Charming 1-Bdrm Condo in Old Town Scottsdale

Good location near the pool, parking and amenities. Quiet, spacious apartment, the kitchen had new sink and refrigerator and was well equipped.

The apartment needed a refresh clean as it felt it had been cleaned a long time before we arrived. The patio had not been cleaned as the table had thick layer of dirt. Piece of foam on top of mattress was hot and not comfortable and does not make a mattress topper. 2 of the 4 chairs on the patio broken and unusable, the closet door in bedroom was missing end stopper. The tub and shower were dated and needed renewing. A coat of paint would also help make a difference.
