Villa Exclusive Paradise 2

The location was great, only a few minutes away from big supermarkets and 15 mins walk to centre of town. There was a great market on saturday behind the property which was fun. The owner was super nice and responsive!

The pans and pots need upgrading, the ones there made it hard to cook especially as it's a house for large number of people. The bbq was tiny, I expected a bigger one for the house. Super hard pillows and somw towels had marks on them we washed them on arrival but it still felt uncomfortable to use them.

Well situated, family orientated with a clean and sizeable pool, the property allows for family to spend time together with their own spaces. Quick responsive communication and action when the Wi-Fi went out and when there were power cuts (unusual but across many areas during our visit). This was very much appreciated and indicative of the care taken of the property.

A welcome pack would have been appreciated, as this meant that no incidentals were available for immediate arrival (cloth/sponge for kitchen, tea-towel, dishwasher tablets). This in our experience is unusual. Bedding could be more plentiful, being used to heavier sheets we would have appreciated more and also a range of pillows (they were very firm).

Spacious villa new it was clean but we still had to clean it a bit more but wasn’t bad. Lovely outside with nice pool. Very modern and new. Great en-suite and was very happy and the size of the fridge.

Lots of broken things, dishwasher, door handles, sun beds. Extremely hard mattress and pillows. Towels with stains on them. Most of the hangers in wardrobe were broken. The clothes dryer kept braking. The back garden with the washing line was completely overgrown couldn’t get to it. Kitchen facilities were extremely bad. No plates or glasses/mugs, which I had to ask for, and they did eventually drop some round. Didn’t like that I was told to meet the home manager at the time we were meant to check into the villa, and he didn’t bother to turn up. I messaged three times to double check. I waited for about 30 mins in the heat, no one came. So I had to then ask the cleaner from next door where the keys we’re located, and she grabbed them out of a draw under the bbq where anyone could of got them. I did get met by a random woman 3 days after we checked in to see if she could grab something for next door. I then messaged about the dishwasher and other things that were broken, and got a response pretty quick, to then say they would send someone out to fix it the next day. We waited in for most of the day and no one turned up. I wasn’t surprised. Then the next day I was messaged to say someone is coming round in the next 20 mins to fix the dishwasher. That was around 11am at which point I was on a boat trip. I was told to make sure I was in, which I couldn’t because we were out all day. So to sum up the people that manage the property, extremely unorganised and extremely bad communication skills. Friendly but just need to go on a course of some sort I think. When we had about 30 mins left to leave the villa, we were then met by the owner and was made to feel rushed to get out. Even though the taxi was picking us up at check out time which was 10am. Lovely villa but owner and management team not very good at all.
